Brickell Bridge operator - one day you and I will meet in an ultimate morning commute battle of good versus evil and I, good, shall prevail........ Stop opening that thing at 8:30 in the morning!
There should be a policy for this bridge not to open during rush hours. It's incredibly stupid the amount of men hours lost everytime this dude decides to open that thing between 8:30am-10am, and 5pm-7pm.
It's sad to see the line of cars during rush hour taking up all of Brickell Ave.
